Trick or Trot for Mental Health
October 7th, 2023 8AM-3PM
@ The Rusk Civic Center
Late Registration will be available the morning of the Trick or Trot. Some shirt sizes will be available dependent upon your size.
Our 5K Race will begin at 8:30 sharp. This race will be timed and go around our Civic Center and youth baseball and softball fields.
At 10:30, participants of all ages will be invited to run our Splash Dash Fun Run. Seven Splash Zones will feature activities for all, while getting dowsed with water. Shirts are $20 for adult, and $15 for youth.
Vendors will be on site selling goods to our non runners, and food trucks will be on site feeding those who work up an appetite after the runs.

Kids can bounce in our bounce house while the parents shop or get their faces painted.
A RAFFLE DRAWING will be held for prizes from local businesses at $1 a ticket.
